For this song I play the F/Bb as barre chords, along with the C chord during 'the world
such a wonderful...' sectionm.

Power chords would work also, but when they played it live it was with barre chords.

Intro (listen to track for strumming)

Dm->C->Bb->F->Bb->F

The other version by Scibrandio (uploaded by member Lanath) is 100% percent 
correct, the only difference here is that this is with CAPO ON THE FIRST FRET, 
which may make things easier for rookies as it allows more basic chords (except 
maybe for the C#m). So thank you, Scibrandio/Lanath.
