Just repeat everything over and over again it´s the whole song the change at the end is with bass or maybe another guitar but still one guitar does this part.

This is all with heavy distortion and on th "On my own here we go part you just have tu cover al the strings with your hand and make the weird noise.

Depending on the singers voice the guitar is tuned a semitone or a whole tone down like Greenday uses it butr it really makes no difference I play it with normal tuning with my band.
