St Anger chords & tabs

Metallica: St. Anger - Track 02 - St. Anger

To work out St. Anger, I used a pair of headphones that completely cover
the ears. The sound is much easier to hear. I’ve worked out what I think
is pretty close to the way they play it (the only performance I’ve seen
them play it in is on the DVD which comes with the CD).

The way I’ve arranged which bars the notes go into is the timing I used
when working out the song with a Guitar and a Midi arrangement (written
in 4/4) at a tempo of 187. After a few minutes of fiddling around I got
the tuning right and started nutting out the easy parts. If you want

To work out the verse (the quiet part with the 2 acoustic guitars), I took
off 1 side of the headphones (for eg. the right one). This way, in the
left headphone everything could be heard except the guitar coming from

this is my first tab i have ever done but alot of people tried the new st. anger
song and they are close but not right... i picked it out by sound and i bought
the cd yesterday and its great you should all buy it but i watched the dvd and
watched hetfield's fingering and got this....

Dropped C.. 1/2 step down then put ur top string to C
