I figured that since version 3 got the lead electric almost perfectly, I would just do the tab for the chords
Intro (* means to strum a few times):

|-2-----4-----6-----4---|

Subject: Melissa, Allman Bro's
I haven't picked out the tab for the lead for Melissa but here is the chord
progression as close as I can get to what Greg Allman plays. The F#m7 and
Emaj7 are a pretty good stretch until you get used to playing them, but they
get easier. Note the two forms of C#m. The first form is played throughout
except in the line 'Pick up your gear and gypsy roll on' in the chorus.

Thanks to dandhjohn, I now have the proper names for the chords. Thanks alot once again.
(Original Message):I’m not sure what to call some of these chords, so I just see
what they look the
closest like and put a star beside them. Here is how they are played:
E A D G B E
A6: [0 4 4 2 0 0]
B6: [0 6 6 4 0 0]
D6: [0 5 4 4 3 0]
E6: [0 7 6 6 4 0]
D*: [5 5 7 7 7 5] (D on 5th fret)
Note: Please use the chords that I've listed above NOT the highlighted ones by
ultimate-guitar. Thanks
